After receiving over 350 submissions from 125 schools that spanned four continents, we are proud to announce the official selection of films and screenplays that will be showcased at this year’s Ivy Film Festival.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a film or screenplay to the 2009 Ivy Film Festival!
We are currently in the process of reviewing the over 350 submissions we received, and have been absolutely thrilled at the quality thus far. Accepted filmmakers and screenwriters will be notified by April 1st.
Additional details about events being held during the week of the Festival will be coming shortly.

The Ivy Film Festival is co-hosting a special screening of the Academy Award-nominated film Waltz with Bashir, on Wednesday February 18th, 5:00 pm, at the Avon Cinema.
The screening will be followed by a Q & A with the film’s acclaimed Art Director, DAVID POLONSKY.
Students get in FREE with a valid ID; all others $5. Doors open at 4:30 pm. Admission will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.
